| I started my new job this week. (For those of you that don't know - I am no longer working at The Olney Theatre Center and I am now working for my church, Covenant Life Church) It's been crazy, but I think I'm really going to like it. I'm loving getting to be organized and on top of things, and hoping this will really free up my boss a lot. He has been working pretty much as a one man show for a long time and within about the last three weeks they have added three new people to his team if that tells you how much he has been doing. I also just love working at the church. It's such a change from being at the theatre, not that I hated being at the theatre, but the atmosphere is just so much better. I'm sure there will be many more stories in the future (although, with my track record on here, I'm not sure how often they'll get posted). But for now, let's just say God is abundantly good to me!!!

| Nevermore opens tonight! Things have been very busy, but the show is looking pretty good. If you are in the DC area and would be interested in seeing it, let me know. If you would like more info you can go to katonline.org. It's my first outside OBU design! Hooray!!!

| Life here in Maryland is going pretty well. Still working at Olney Theatre. Just turned another year older. And just recently was hired (except I'm not sure if it's hired if you don't get paid?) to design the costumes for a local community theatre, Kensington Arts Theatre. It is a very up and coming community theatre, and a friend of mine, who I worked with on Anything Goes is directing. The show is called Nevermore and is about the life of Edgar Allen Poe. It is a musical that was recently world premiered at the Signature Theatre, and we are doing the second ever production of this show. I've just started researching and such, but I'm pretty excited. If you're in the DC area in March you might check it out. | | |
| What happened to Rudolph? I saw on tv was going to be Rudoplph tonight and was very excited, but then when I turned it on and it's all new and updated. I think I liked the old Rudolph better. He had a rustic charm about him. I want the old Rudolph back!!! | | |
| I'm going to OBU tomorrow. I'm not sure who all is still there, but if you are, hopefully I'll see you. Look for me in the theatre building, that's probably where I'll be. | | |
